Rising Impact Gardening is a gardening business servicing Canberra and the surrounding regions. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website (risingimpactgardening.com), how we use it, and your choices.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the website, protects it from abuse, delivers our emails, and provides privacy-focused website analytics. Our contact form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from automated bots, which may check signals from your browser.
• Google provides our business email (Google Workspace), where your enquiry is received, and Google Analytics, which measures website traffic.

These providers may store or process information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By using this website you understand your information may be handled in this way.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use the site. This is general usage information and is not used to identify you personally. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you, deliver any work, and maintain our business records. After that we delete or de-identify them.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
